Treatment times vary, all treatment sessions are individual because you are individual. We try to keep to the allocated appointment times, however sometimes you may need a little longer so please allow plenty of time for your treatment. Sometimes the person before you may need a little longer too so we hope you will be patient if you have to wait. If you have a time restriction please make your therapist aware and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Therapy sessions relax both the mind and the body, it is therefore advisable to allow time to ‘come back down to earth’ following your treatment. Driving or operating machinery is not advised immediately following a treatment session.

Cancellation of Appointments
If you find it impossible to keep an appointment please give us as much advanced notice as possible, but at least 24 hours. This prior notice will enable us to re-schedule your appointment and let another client have the appointment time originally reserved for you.
A fee may be charged for non-attendance, or for less than 24 hours notice of cancellation.
